Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree, having an MBA will be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and at least 4 years of experience in leading a sales team within a Province or all Nepal
• Experience and exposure to Personal care and Baby care categories will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Ms-Excel and PowerPoint will be preferable

Responsibilities

• Develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Head
• Achieve company revenue, channel profitability targets and drive annual growth
• Develop agile route to market (RTM) plans and perfect execution ensuring optimized coverage
• Appointment and managing relationships and profitability of channel and trade partners (distributors)
• Product listing, gain share of shelf , perfect merchandising in Modern Trade
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly demand forecasting
• Person with high energy level and eagerness to learn and lead a team with strong relationship management.
