Finance and Admin Officer

Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BBS) with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree (MBA/MBS) with 5+ years of experience, preferably with CA qualification. Strong proficiency in accounting software, particularly Swastik, advanced Excel, and financial statement preparation. Demonstrated expertise in development sector leadership, reporting, auditing, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain open channels of communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Analyze budget constraints and risks, and propose strategies to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
  • Prepare budget reports and forecasts to monitor expenditure against planned targets.
  • Facilitate meetings effectively, ensuring active participation, agenda adherence, and timely decision-making.
  • Ensure meeting logistics are arranged, including room booking, equipment setup, and catering if necessary.
  • Effective content presentation on the issue of business.
