Project Manager
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in project management software and tools will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Review project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage change orders effectively
