Dealer In-charge
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field with minimum of 3 years of proven experience in automotive dealership management or a similar role. Sound understanding of automotive sales processes and industry trends.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the motors division dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining adequate stock levels of vehicles and parts.
- Lead and motivate dealership staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer retention programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze dealership performance metrics, such as sales reports, financial statements, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
