What are we looking for?
- Drive the profitability of the Branch office by overseeing entire Operations, Sales, Channel Management, Customer Service, Finance & Account, and People Management.
- Regular Follow up & Communication with Vendors to make sure that service delivery tasks are completed within SLA (Service Level Agreement) and immediately escalate if any issues or discrepancies are seen.
- Prepare, analyze and submit reports of ongoing Branch activities using proper analytical and reporting tools based on the company reporting framework.
- Assess local market conditions, and identify current and prospective sales opportunities as well as coordinate and supervise the day-to-day sales efforts of the teams and to established good relationships by building regular communication channels with vendors and sales channels.
- Bachelor degree holder with minimum 2 years of experience in ISP as branch head with strong organizational skills, time management, and presentation skills with a professional business approach.
