Plant HR (FMCG)
Location: Sunsari
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus, Proven experience of 5 years and above in Plant HR in a FMCG manufacturing or food processing environment. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the plant’s recruitment process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of skilled and diversa talent
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being
- Build and maintain positive relationships with labor unions
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.
