Plant Manager- Hydro

Qualifications/Skills
- B.E Electrical/Mechanical
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hydro power plant operation
- Proven leadership ability, professionalism, organizational capacity, and proven ability to effectively transfer knowledge and provide training of resources
Responsibilities
- To ensure proper operation of the Hydropower plant and compliance with all project-related maintenance, project manpower handling, Government relation, General Services and whole plant operation as well as smooth operation of the plant.
- Develop or review budgets, annual plans, power contracts, power rates, standing operating procedures, power reviews, or engineering studies.
- Check hydroelectric operations for compliance with prescribed operating limits, such as loads, voltages, temperatures, lines, or equipment.
- Supervise hydropower plant equipment installations, upgrades, or maintenance.
- Supervise or monitor hydroelectric facility operations to ensure that generation or mechanical equipment conforms to applicable regulations or standards.
- Negotiate power generation plan forecast with government authorities.
