Kiln Operator
Location: Palpa
Qualification/Skills
A bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or diploma in cement technology or relevant. Background with 3 to 5 years of proven experience. Proficiency in Prior experience in a cement or related manufacturing industry will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of cement manufacturing processes, including the operation of kilns.
- Operate and control the kiln to ensure the proper production of clinker.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters to maintain optimal kiln conditions.
- Adjust and control various process parameters to achieve desired product quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arises during the production process.
- Monitor and assess the quality of the clinker produced by the kiln.
- Take samples for laboratory analysis and make adjustments as necessary.
