Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand and address specific IT needs within the cement manufacturing process.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software and automation systems.
- Ensure that IT operations confirm with industry regulations and standards.
