Maintenance Executive
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and rectify failure trends on all assets with factory premises.
- Apply continuous improvement principles with specific focus on eliminating faults, reducing downtime, minimizing revenue spend, improving cycle times, designing out failure modes and maximizing the performance and longevity of components.
- Ownership of all cell engineering KPI’s, including MTBF, MTTR and work order completion, RCA Completion.
- Ensure that RCA’s are completed to a high standard and reviewed, with progress and outcomes reported to the Factory Management Team, procedural changes being included in area SOP’s.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
