Housekeeping Supervisor – Hospitality
Location: Miraaya Wellness and Golf Resort, CG Shashwat Dham, Devachuli
Qualification/Skills
A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is required, along with 5+ years of work experience in hotel housekeeping, or a similar field. The candidate should be customer-oriented with a good knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet established cleanliness and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards, promptly addressing any issues.
- Create and manage work schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely turnover of rooms and efficient workflow.
- Address guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping, striving to enhance the overall quest experience and satisfaction.
