F & B Executive – Hospitality
Location: Miraaya Wellness and Golf Resort, Nawalparasi
Qualifications / Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is required, along with 5+ years of work experience in the food & beverage industry or a similar role. Professional certification in Hotel Management will be preferred. Candidate should be a customer-oriented with a good knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Responsible for maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Responsible for smooth functioning of F&B operations, including dinner areas, bars, room service, banquet events, and catering services.
- Responsible for managing relationships with food and beverage suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements etc.
