Location: Nawalparasi, Nepal
Qualifications/Skills
A Chartered Accountant/Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with 5+ years of experience in Hospitality along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manages daily accounting operations, budgeting, and payroll for hospitality properties.
- Ensures compliance with tax laws, SOPs, and safeguards against legal issues.
- Actively participates in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversees audits, implements internal controls for financial integrity.
- Safeguards legal documents, ensures proper documentation for financial transparency.
