Tender/Bids Engineer

Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur

Qualifications / Skills

Seeking candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering or higher and 5-7 years of hydro Power & construction industry experience in costing and bidding. Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

1. Should handle tender search mainly Government customers, E Tendering, Bidding, and online Tender search.
2. Drafts and compiles comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
3. Review project requirements, scopes, and technical documents to develop precise and competitive bids.
4. Collaborates with various departments like sales, engineering, and finance to gather necessary information for bids.
5. Calculates costs, evaluates risks, and creates pricing structures while considering profitability and competitiveness.
6. Manages the submission process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to submission guidelines and deadlines.
7. Should bill check and estimate, reconcile bill and BOQ prepare.
