Junior Architect
Qualifications/Skills
Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural project management. Proficient in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of design standards, regulations, and construction processes along with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, working towards seamless project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the enhancement of architectural designs.
- Support the senior team in budget management and resource optimization.
