Qualifications / Skills
Location: Lalitpur, Nepal
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Construction Finishing Supervisor is responsible in overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that the finishing work is executed with precision, quality, and adherence to safety regulations. Their responsibilities involve coordination, supervision, quality control, problem-solving, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of finishing activities within the given timelines and budget.
- Inspect the work carried out by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and rectify any deficiencies or deviations from the plans.
