Human Resource Business Partner
Qualifications/Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field. Background in Human Resource Management or a related field having at least 5 year of proven experience in the field of Human Resource. Candidate from business background with good people skill will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies. manage the full hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Implement initiatives to enhance engagement, conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and foster a positive work culture.
- Identify training needs, develop and deliver programs, evaluate effectiveness, and maintain training records.
- Create and manage comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and informed about company policies and culture
- Provide support in daily operation, develop and execute HR strategies, and ensure alignment of HR practices with business goals
