Food Technologist
Location: CGFE, Bardiya
Qualifications:
- Required academic qualification: Bachelors degree in Food Technology
- Required experience: 2-3 years in relevant field., preferably in the FMCG sector
- Required skills: strong analytical skills, communication and collaboration, process management, problem solving and working knowledge of manufacturing methods.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth, safe and quality production in full capacity by maintaining quality and manpower optimization.
- Inspect food production equipment to ensure they are operational and in good working order for food processing.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external food production reegulations and legislation.
- Set and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the manufacture of high-quality food products.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, their root causes and solutions to correct them
