Food Technologist
Location: Bardiya
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Food Technologist, preferably in FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of food processing, quality control, and food safety standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the consistency and compliance of products.
- Provide technical support to the production team to ensure adherence to product specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues affecting product quality.
- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration.
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications and approvals.
