JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Responsible for greeting and assisting the guest
- Explaining the casino gaming procedure
- Answering guest queries as per company policy
- Enrollment of VIP guests
- Escorting of V-VIP guests as needed
