Business and Support Officer (QR)

Job Description:
Job Level: Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand our QR code payment network.
  • Provide training and support to retail partners on using our digital wallet for transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners to drive the adoption and usage of our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns to increase customer footfall at retail partner locations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular reports on QR code payment performance and present findings to the management team.
  • Transaction End-to-End Issue Resolution:
  • Dedicated support to user and merchant
  • Network Level Transaction Knowledge and Communication Skill:
  • Sound Knowledge of Technical Terms and Functions for a similar role


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and operation or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using digital wallet services and QR code technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the digital payments industry and emerging trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
