BOC Assistant (Broadcast Operation Center)

Location: Kathmandu
- Monitoring television services for all broadcast platforms.
- Maintain logs & records.
- Escalate technical issues to concerned unit.
- Follow-up on the issues with the related units.
- Check & maintain the channel input sources from Satellite & Fiber.
- Monitor DTH signal levels.
- Maintain temperature log sheet and alert if the temperature is raising.
- Audio level check of each channels & report.
- Upload EPG on timely manner for relevant platforms.
- Provide regular update to the supervisor and concerned lead/units.
- Update the service status and follow-up.
Job Specification:
- Must have +2/ Diploma in any faculty.
- Prior experience of minimum 1 year in the channel/broadcast industry.
- Strong working knowledge of audiovisual and television platforms.
- Troubleshooting and computer skill is preferred.
- Creativity, hardworking, attention to detail, and flexibility.
- Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work off hours on prioritized work.
- Basic knowledge in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
