We have been involved in supply and services related to various Medical Equipment, Accessories and Medicines in Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions to Government/Private/Non-Government/Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts/Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal.
For expanding our Business Networks further, we are looking for highly enthusiastic, experienced and competitive candidates in the respective fields/divisions in the Health Care/Medical Business Sectors of Nepal for following positions as under :
1. TENDER OFFICER/MANAGERS
3 – POSITIONS – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities :
Participate in all administrative works related to Tender Department researching and keeping tags on all tenders, specification requirement, terms & conditions, bid bonds, date of publish/final date of bid-submission, bid-opening/evaluation date etc. on all Tender Notices published both in digital media and newspapers related to supply of Medicines, Medical Equipment, services & all kinds of consumable items in Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions by Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. Keep very close networks at all levels before, during E-bidding process, participate in pre-bid meetings, fill all e-bidding forms complying with all the rules/regulations and complete/uploads of documentations as per all required information, documents, follow through the whole Tendering process from beginning to final process, network in favour of the Tender for the company and be involved in all other works related to Bidding Process as per the instruction by the Senior Operation Manager and the Management.
Divisions: Neurology/Neurosurgery Division, Dentistry Division and Critical Care Divisions
Qualifications: BBA/ MBA with specialization in Marketing/Business Development
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. solid Experience in handling Tender Department independently-E-Bidding process in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions
2. TECHNICAL SALES OFFICERS/EXECUTIVES
20 – POSITIONS in KATHMANDU VALLEY – 5 IN NEPALGUNJ, SURKHET, BUTWAL, DHARAN & BIRATNAGAR
Divisions: Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry, Critical Care Divisions, Medicine, Ophthalmology, Advanced Wound Management, Gynocology, Hospital Infrastructure and Hospital Consumable Products/Waste Management/Chemical Products/Laundary Management Divisions in Hospitals.
Responsibilities :
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions to Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads, conduct weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & the Management.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Biomedical /Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with Sales/Marketing and Service experiences
Experience: Solid 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Sales & Marketing in Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories including installation, maintenance and Services of various Bio-Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Divisions of Health Care/Hospitals/Clinics in Nepal
3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANTS, E-COMMERCE (DENTAL HYGIENIST)
2 – POSITIONS – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities:
Assist in day to day operation participating in strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, creating client Database, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories/services mainly related to Dentistry along with other Medical Divisions of Radiology, Neurology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Surgery, Opthalmology, Gynocology, Hospital Infrsastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions in Online Business Platforms, assist in providing complete Online Business Solution to clients as per requirements, Online platforms, digital marketing and email marketing campaigns, website banners, and social content developing, search engine optimization, promoting Online Catalogues, pricing products, developing various promotional strategies, handling logistics, addressing customer complaints and resolving these, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, preparing, analysing and reporting Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with other Staff Members including all other E-Commerce Management related works as per the instruction under E-Commerce Manager and under instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Dental Science/Dental Hygienic Course/Dentistry
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. solid experiences as Dental Hygienist with exposures in Online Marketing of various Dental Products
4. SALES & MARKETING OFFICERS/EXECUTIVES
10 – POSITIONS – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities :
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Dentistry. Assist in day to day operation participating in strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, creating client Database, promotion & marketing of various medicines / equipment accessories / services mainly related to Dentistry preparing, analysing and reporting Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients coordinating Seniors including all other Sales & Marketing related works as per the instruction under the Management.
Qualifications: BBS/MBS/MBA Degree
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. solid experiences as with Sales/Marketing Officer/Executive with exposures Sales & Marketing of various Dental Products
Salary & Perks: Negotiable depending on experiences of Candidates as per the positions mentioned above. The Salary and Perks shall not be constraint for the right candidates.
