1. Optometrist – 5 – Positions in Kathmandu, Dharan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Nepalgunj Office/ Stations
Division: Opthalmology Division
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Opthalmology with brands like Volk, Rexxam, Heine, Remidio, Optuvue, Haag Streit, Labomed, Canon and Quantel Medical to Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & the Management. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Optometrics or Opthalmology with MBA in Medical Sector
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience working as Sr. Business DevelopmentManager/Head Of Opthalmology Department in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions
2. Technical Sales Officers – 20 – Positions in Kathmandu, Dharan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Nepalgunj Office/ Stations
Divisions: Pharmacy, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry, Critical Care Divisions, Medicine, Ophthalmology, Advanced Wound Management, Gynocology, Hospital Infrastructure and Hospital Consumable Products/Waste Management/Chemical Products/Laundary Management Divisions in Hospitals.
Responsibilities:

3. Procurement/Store Officer/Executives – 4 – Positions in Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities:
Be involve in all works related to Procurement/Logistics/Store Department in coordination and under the guidance of Sr. Operation Officer & the Managment for researching and keeping tags on all tenders, specification requirement, terms & conditions, bid bonds, date of publish/final date of bid-submission, bid-opening/evaluation date etc. on all Tender Notices published both in digital media and newspapers related to supply of Medicines, Medical Equipment, services & all kinds of consumable items in Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions by Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. Besides, be involve in all Procurement/Logistics/Store Management of various products as described above from under the guidance of the Management.
Qualifications: BBS/BBA Degree
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in handling Procurement/Logistics/Store Department in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions
4. Sales & Marketing Officers/Executives – 30 – Positions in Kathmandu Office, Gairidhara
Divisions: Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry, Critical Care Divisions, Medicine, Opthalmology, Advanced Wound Management, Gynocology, Hospital Infrastructure and Hospital Consumable ProductS, Waste Management/Chemical Products Divisions.
Responsibilities:

5. Service Engineer/Officer /Sr. Technician/Technicians – 10 – Positions – 4 in Kathmandu Office, 1 each in Bhairahawa, Dharan, Biratnagar, Butwal, Nepalgunj & Dhangadhi
Departments: Opthalmology Dept. – 4 persons, Digital Dentistry Dept. – 2 persons, Radiology Dept. – 2 persons, NICU Dept. – 2 persons
Responsibilities:
To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, calliberation, demonstration, follow-up all new equipments/softwares/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, expiry Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, coordinate with Marketing/Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipments / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable, maintain updated database of all Service related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check, submit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc. including performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Head and the Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering – preference Medical Electronics/Equipments.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Service Engineer/Sr. Technician/Technician of various Medical Equipments at Hospitals, Clinics etc. in Nepal. Preferably having worked in Opthalmic Division, Neuro-surgery/Neurology, Radiology, Critical-Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry & Orthopaedics, Hospital Infrastructure Divisions.
6. Jr. Sales Officer/Sales Executive – 10 – Positions – Kathmandu Office, Gairidhara
Responsibilities:
Promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to Government/Private/Non-Government/Donor Agency-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts/Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching HospitalsMedical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, follow up day-to-day client, track & maintain daily Sales visit Reports from Sales Officers/Managers, assist in condut of weekly inter-departmental meetings, preparing Minutes of Meetings, log-in identifed/existing service/logistics issues, assist in all other related works in coordination with clients and as per the instruction by Managers/Sr. Managers/Sales Officers.
Qualifications: 10+2 (intermediate) in Management or BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing Management (or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering) with Sales & Service of Equipments in Health Care/Medical Sectors/Medi-tronics preferably having worked in Opthalmic Division, Neuro-surgery/Neurology, Radiology, Critical-Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry & Orthopaedics, Hospital Infrastructure Divisions.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment /Accessories in Health Care Sector – Hospitals/Clinics/Health Projects/Institutions/Projects
7. Logistics Officer/Executive Assistants – General Medicines, Equipment & Accessories 3 – Positions – Kathmandu Office, Gairidhara
Responsibilities:
Day to day operation, strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories, provide complete business solution to clients as per requirements, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, prepare Quotations as per clients requirement, work out all advance preparation including prices, documents to participate, follow up, relationships build up with various Governmental / Non-Governal Agencies / Organization for successful Business output through participation in Tender, controlling Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with Staff Members including all other related works as per the instruction by the Management and top level Executives.
Qualifications: BBA/MBA with specialization in Business Development/Supply Chain Management in Health Care/Medical Sector
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care /Medical Divisions
8. Customer Support Assistants, E-Commerce (Dental Hygienist) 2 – Positions Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities:
Assist in day to day operation participating in strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, creating client Database, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories/services mainly related to Dentistry along with other Medical Divisions of Radiology, Neurology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Surgery, Opthalmology, Gynocology, Hospital Infrsastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions in Online Business Platforms, assist in providing complete Online Business Solution to clients as per requirements, Online paltforms, digital marketing and email marketing campaigns, website banners, and social content developing, search engine optimization, promoting Online Catalogues, pricing products, developing various promotional strategies, handeling logistics, addressing customer compalints and resolving these, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, preparing, analysing and reporting Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with other Staff Members including all other E-Commerce Management related works as per the instruction under E-Commerce Manager and under instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Dental Science/Dental Hygienic Course
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. solid experinces as Dental Hygienist with exposures in Online Marketing of various Dental Products
9. Delivery Staff/Office Runner/Office Assistants – 2 – Positions – Kathmandu Office, Gairidhara
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include carrying out Day-to-Day delivery of various goods and equipments to various clients in Hospitals, Clinics throughout Kathmandu Valley, visits Banks and other places for delivery and receipt of various goods and documents, other light office administration related works like operating photocopy machine, scanning documents, filing documents etc.
Qualifications: 10+2 (intermediate) Degree with strong physical fitness. Must posesses own 2 Wheeler and updated Licenses of both 2 and 4 Wheelers
Experience: 2-3 Years work experiences as Delivery Staff in a reputed organization preferably in Medical Sector.
10. Receptionist/Front Desk Officer – 1 – Position – Kathmandu Office, Gairidhara
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, guests, hadling queries, taking care of Central EPBX Phone System, Photocopy/Scanning documents, drafting/typing borh English/Nepali letters/documents, assist other colleagues/HR Department as required, assist Directors/MD and other senior officials as instructed, register all incoming/outgoing parcel/letters/documents, keep records of stationary items, internal control of documents to various concerned departments, control of courriers, coordinating with Drivers for Staff Tour related activities, Airport pick-up/drop-off of guests, arrange vehicles/transportation as and when necessary and be involved in all other administrative/secretarial works as per instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: 10+2 / Bachelors Degree with strong PR Skills, must be able to speak in Nepali, Hindi and English. Must be able to type both in English & Nepali. 2 Wheeler with License must.
Experience: 2-3 Years work experiences as Receptionist/Front Desk Officer with pleasing personality in a reputed organization preferably in Medical Sector/Business.
