For expanding our Business Networks further, we are looking for highly enthusiastic, experienced and competitive candidates in the respective fields/divisions in the Health Care/Medical Business Sectors of Nepal for following positions as under :
1. Marketing Manger/Sr. Marketing officer/Marketing Officers – 5 Positions in Kathmandu Office, Gairidhara
Division: Ophthalmology Division
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Opthalmology with brands like Volk, Rexxam, Heine, Remidio, Optuvue, Haag Streit, Labomed, Canon and Quantel Medical to Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & the Management. Team development, training/guiding/developing Junior Sales Team coordinating with Service Engineers.
Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Optometrics or Opthalmology with MBA in Medical Sector with very storng commercial instinct for Sales, Service & Marketing.
Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience working as Business Development Officer/Manager/Head Of Opthalmology Department in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in Sales & Marketing of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in the Opthalmology Division in various Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
2. Technical Sales & Service Officers/Executives – 10- Positions in Kathmandu & Chitwan Stations
Urgently needed with experience in Pharmacy, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry, Critical Care, Ophthalmology, Advanced Wound Management, Gynocology, Hospital Infrastructure and Neo Natal Care Unit (NICU) Divisions in the Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
Responsibilities

3. Sales & Marketing Officers/Executives – 10 Positions in Kathmandu & Chitwan Stations
Urgently needed in Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry, Critical Care, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Advanced Wound Management, Gynocology, Hospital Infrastructure and Hospital Consumable Products, Neo Natal Care Unit (NICU) Divisions in the Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology and Neuro-Surgery (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements like supply of Medicines, Bio-Medical equipments, accessories & consumable items for day-to-day and special during special Surgical Cases, follow-up for orders/payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Head, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & Management.
Qualifications: Preferably Bachelors’s Degree in Pharmacy/Medical Technology/Medical Science or BBA/BBS or preferable with Technical Diploma in Electronics Engineering or solid 2-3 years work experiences as Sales Manager/Officer/Executives in Medical Sectors with Sales & Marketing of Medicines, Bio-medical Equipments , accessories & consumable items in Hospital/Clinics throughout Nepal.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in marketing of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions throughout Nepal. Experience handling Surgery cases in Orthopaedic Division, Advance Wound Management & Critical Care Divisions.
4. Service Engineer/Officer/ Technicians – 20 Positions – 8 in Kathmandu Office, 2 Each in Dharan, Biratnagar, Butwal, Chitwan, Pokhara & Nepalgunj Stations
Departments – Radiology, Ophthalmology, Dental, Radiology, Neo Natal Care Unit, Advance Wound Management and Critical Care
Responsibilities:
To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, calliberation, demonstration, follow-up all new equipments/softwares/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, expiry Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, coordinate with Marketing/Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipments / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable, maintain updated database of all Service related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check, submit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc. including performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Head and the Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering – preference Medical Electronics/Equipments
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Service Engineer/Sr. Technician/Technician of various bio-Medical Equipments at Hospitals, Clinics etc. in Nepal. Preferably having worked in Opthalmic Division, Neuro-surgery/Neurology, Radiology, Critical-Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry & Orthopaedics, Hospital Infrastructure & Neo Natal Care Unit (NICU) Divisions.
5. Scrub Technicians – OT – 10 Positions – Kathmandu/Chitwan/Dharan & Pokhara Stations
Responsibilities:
Be involved in various Surgery Cases maintaining professional relationships at all levels coordinating with Doctors/Hospital Management in Hospitals /Clinics throughout Nepal. Promote various Surgery equipment, consumable items as required in coordination with Hospital Management/Doctors, negotiate & finalization of costs for the cases, payment follow ups, prepare Quotations in coordination with concerned department heads at Office, travel for case management, maintain very cordial atmosphere both with clients/Hospitals/Clinics promoting further Case related services, maintain inventory of goods/consumable items for each & every Surgery Cases, keep proper documentations, obtain balance confirmation papers, maintain payment ageing limits avoiding default scenario and be involved in all other related Surgery Cases as per direction by the Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Science/Medical Technology/Pharmacy or BBS/BBA with work experiences in Medical Sectors as Surgery Assistants
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Scrub Technician engaging in Orthopaedic/Dental Surgery Cases including Advanced Wound Management in Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
6. Delivery Staff/Office Runner/Office Assistants – 1 – Position – Chitwan Station
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include carrying out Day-to-Day delivery of various goods and equipments to various clients in Hospitals, Clinics throughout Kathmandu Valley, visits Banks and other places for delivery and receipt of various goods and documents, other light office administration related works like operating photocopy machine, scanning documents, filing documents etc.
Qualifications: 10+2 Degree (intermediate) with strong physical fitness. Must posesses own 2 Wheeler and updated Licenses of both 2 and 4 Wheelers
Experience: 2-3 Years work experiences as Delivery Staff in a reputed organization preferably in Medical Sector.
7. Hospital Coordinator – 1 Position – Kathmandu Office – Dental Department
Responsibilities:
Be involved in establishing, networking, maintaining professional relationships at all levels coordinating with Doctors/Hospital Management in Hospitals /Clinics throughout Nepal. Promote various Dental Medicines, equipment, consumable items including for Dental Surgery Cases in coordination with Hospital Management/Doctors, negotiate & finalization of costs for the cases, payment follow ups, prepare Quotations in coordination with concerned department heads at Office, travel for case management, maintain very cordial atmosphere both with clients/Hospitals/Clinics promoting further Case related services, maintain inventory of medicines/equipments/consumable items for each & every Dental Surgery Cases, keep proper documentations, obtain balance confirmation papers, maintain payment ageing limits avoiding default scenario and be involved in all other related works in various facets in Dental Department as per direction by the Management.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Dentistry/Science/Medical Technology with very smart & outgoing personality. Must be very diplomatic and good in communication with people at all level.. Must posesses own 2 Wheeler and updated Licenses
Experience : 2-3 Years work experiences as Hospital Coordinator for various Dental products in Hospitals/Dental Clinics/Dental Labs throughout Nepal.
8. Recovery Executive/Recovery Officer – 1 Position – Kathmandu Office – Gairidhara
Responsibilities:
Keep tag and follow up on all receivable payments from clients (Hospital/Clinics/Labs/Research Institutes/Health Projects/NGO-INGOs etc.), check and control ageing limits and accordingly call the clients for matured payments, send telephonic/electronic communications for payments/obtained balance confirmation documents through Sales & Marketing Teams, verify/reconcile all pending payments, process written warning letters to default clients, process for black-listing by coordinating with Banks/Financial Institutes in coordination with concerned Account Department and Sales Team in the Office, process for litigation as necessary for all critical over due payments of all clients in coordination with Account Departments, Legal Advisor in the Office under strict instructin by the Management Team Members for recovery of all due payments, carry out all other day-day works related with Recovery Department.
Salary & Perks: Negotiable depending on experiences of Candidates as per the positions mentioned above. The Salary and Perks shall not be constraint for the right candidates. All candidates must have professional experiences working in above mentioned positions in the Medical Sectors – Hospitals/Clinics and must be frequently willing to travel throughout Nepal as part of employment.
Qualifications: BBS/BBA with additional Diploma/Degree in Law desirable. Must be very diplomatic and good in communication with people at all level. Must posesses own 2 Wheeler and updated Licenses. Must have sound knowledge of Accounting process/Software Management like Tally, Swastik, OMS etc.
Experience: 2-3 Years work experiences as Recovery Executive/Officer in a Trading House preferably in Medical Sector
9. Housekeeping Staff (Female Candidates Only) – 1 Position – Kathmandu Office – Gairidhara
Responsibilities:
Keep all office premises neat and tidy, perform daily cleaning works of whole office rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and premises as necessary, must have very good knowledge of cleaning and other housekeeping goods/materials, handle & keep inventory of cleaning materials/kitchen materials, inform Admin Department for required/to be purchased cleaning & other related goods/materials before it runs out of stock, help in Kitchen Management, shopping of groceries, help in serving tea/coffee for staffs and guests as necessary. Perform all other similar works as per instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: 10th Pass with pleasing and very reliable personality.
Experience: 2-3 Years experiences in Housekeeping work in Offices.
