About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.
Designation: FMCG – Senior Sales Officer and Market Manager
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
No of Positions: Female = 4, Male = 2
Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk
Responsibilities:
- To ensure secondary sales as per the target for the market area
- To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales
- To select and develop a team of Sales Representative
Experience:
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry
- Prior Experience must in FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry
Skills Required:
- Ability to Implement
- Ability to Improvise
Selection Process
The selection process will be held in two stages
- Interview will be conducted in first stage.
- Candidate’s skill and enthusiasm about the job will be conducted in second stage
Salary:
- Depending upon prior experience and performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 per month
Quarterly Incentive:
- Quarterly Incentive as per the rules of the organization
Resources Required:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
