About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk
Responsibilities:
- To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales
- To select and develop a team of Sales Officer and Sales Representative
- To ensure secondary sales as per the target
Experience:
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry or similar Industry
Skills Required:
- Ability to Implement
- Only candidates who can hire and train a team of 4 Sales officer and 40 Sales Representative need to apply.
- Only candidates who can ensure greater than 95 % cash collection from retail shop need to apply.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of two rounds of Interviews.
Salary:
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 40,000 to Rs 55,000 per month
Quarterly Incentive:
Quarterly Incentive as per the rules of the organization
Resources Required:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
