About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.
Designation: Learning and Development Officer
Job Location: Kupondole, Lalitpur
Qualification: Masters Degree
Experience: Not Required, Freshers can apply
Responsibilities:
- Prepare content library (Video/Audio/Text Learning) to help young graduates get jobs.
- Create and implement job scenario content to help young graduates do skill based task (real or simulation), support human feedback (Video/Audio/ Text) and support AI based feedback.
- Create and Implement best in class learning and offline learning experience.

Salary:
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
