The principal will also play a pivotal role in engaging with parents, staff, and the community to strengthen the school’s relationships and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
5. Qualifications and Experiences
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a primary or early childhood setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
- In-depth knowledge of pre-primary educational best practices, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
