- Lead the provincial or district and develop sales operation plans with the approval of the national sales manager.
- Responsible for achieving targets of their specified region.
- Create awareness of the products, conduct training for sales team.
- Formulate all sales policies, practices, and procedures as per the company policies and norms.
- Evaluate market sales trends and gather competitors’ information and identify sales trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
