As a part of its ongoing effort to strength its existing team, the company is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for the following position:

1. Manager- System (1)

Job Description:
– Maintaining IT strategies, research and implementing technological strategic solutions.
– Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training staffs safety, create secure work environment and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
– Preserving assets by implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures, information security and control structures.
– Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability, system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning.
– Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migration and outages by directing IT team members.
– Experience on administration and performance tuning of various application servers, performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
– Experience on Microsoft ADDS infrastructure management.
– Experience with Server virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware ESXi Hypervisor), cluster management and automation.
– Experience with Fortinate firewall and Cisco L2/L3 switches management.
– Experience with configuring and installing various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN and wireless communication systems).

– Bachelors in IT field. (Masters preferable)
– Minimum of 8 years of work experience in IT field.
– Candidates having professional certification in Windows server administration, Network administration and experience in Linux administration will be given preference.

– Experience in managing large corporate computer network with ability to implement new technologies to meet the needs of various official projects.
– Should possess high level of technical knowledge & also ability to solve difficult technical problems.
– Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis of computer hardware/software systems.
– Expertise in data center management, system virtualization and data governance.
– Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
– Ability to architect, research, evaluate, implement and maintain system & network with security, product solutions and applying knowledge of engineering principles.
– Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
– Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure make high availability.
– Manage and monitor all installed systems infrastructure providing 2nd and 3rd level support.

2. Junior Officer- System (4)

Job Description:
– Maintain and implement network security in order to protect data, software, and hardware
– Maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, virtualization and all configurations
– Computer infrastructure update and maintenance periodically
– Data backup, OS installation, Configure, Troubleshooting.
– Ensure all computers and servers working performance, install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
– Troubleshoot system and network problems, Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
– Replace computer parts as required, set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

– Bachelor’s Degree in related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in support, installation & configuration

– Working knowledge of Microsoft server and client-based environments
– Good knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
– Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
– Must be able to work on odd time or day/night shift.

3. Executive – Client Serving (2)

Job Description:
– Establish and cultivate relationship with company’s clients
– Handle phone bookings; respond to client inquiries and apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to fine solution to client issues.
– Develop sales proposals and collaborate with a company’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of products.
– Other ad-hoc duties improve the quality of products.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent
– Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/printing/press is highly desirable.

– Strong customer service orientation
– Good communication skills in both English and Nepali
– Should be willing to work as part of team
– Excellent planning, organizing and follow up skills
– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications

4. Junior Executive- Accounts (2)

Job Description:
– Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales and debtors accounts.
– Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile of creditors accounts
– Involve in preparing and analyzing receivables and payable report.
– Analyze Debtors data and maintain internal control documentation.
– Bank reconciliation
– Monitor and maintain integrity in timely basis.
– Follow ups with clients

– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management (Specialized on finance)
– Minimum 1 years of work experience in related field.

– Good report writing abilities
– Knowledge of database systems would be advantageous.
– Effective communication skills.
– Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs and data analysis.
– Should have a positive learning attitude and the ability to work meticulously

5. Marketing Executive – Marketing (4)

Job Description:
– Understand customer requirements and provide details on services pf the company to the clients through product brochures and presentations
– Make a complete list of customers and be in constant touch with them, either through phone calls, mails or personal visits
– Keep proper records of sales and revenues
– Maintain and develop good relationships with clients through personal contact and social gestures
– Responsible to provide meetings feedback o the supervisor and provide monthly report to the supervisor

– Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
– Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Marketing in a similar role

– Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
– Must possess the skill to work both in team and independently.

6. Officer – Human Resources (2)

Job Description:
– Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
– Provide support to departmental heads to enable the effective application of the recruitment, performance management and compensation management process
– Develop training and development programs
– Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
– Ensure proper and timely execution of HR administrative tasks
– Identify and implement improvements in the HR software to enhance software efficiency and utility
– Lead the proper implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure proper HR management; also contribute to make improvements where necessary
– Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

– Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management
– 3 years of experience in similar position

Requirements/ Skills:
– Excellent knowledge of Nepal labor Act
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
– Should have an organized approach to work with good prioritization skills and attention to detail
– Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality
– very good initiation and negotiation skills
– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package
