Job Summary
The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities of Children’s Paradise Secondary School, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to students. The Principal will be the face of the school, and will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive relationship with the school’s stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and the wider community.
Qualifications and Experiences
- A Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and standards.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
