Job Description:
1). Drive Retail Sales and ensure the achievement of Sales Target. (Primary ( IMS to Dealers) and Secondary ( Dealer to Market ) .
2. Clearly communicate the schemes, activities to the market and ensure proper distribution of goods.
3. Ensure availability and visibility of products in the outlets ( Merchandising).
4. Ensure and maintain proper payment cycle of distributors to company ( IMS Group )and also take account of dealer’s business health .
5. Ensure keeping proper track of proper usage of company schemes.
6. Watch out local and other competitors’ activities in markets and report it.
7. Identify of uncovered area and find out the service gaps and ensure to bridging the gap through distributor hiring.
8. Ensure proper merchandising in the outlets.
9. Daily Sales reporting to the immediate team leader.
10. Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
11. Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues and report further.
