With FYMO app, food lovers can discover restaurants, share their own food experience, review restaurants and engage with other foodies, all while enjoying great deals. As a part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its existing team, the company is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for the following positions.

Position: Customer Care Officer – Customer Care – 2

Job Description:

  • Prepared to work in shifts to manage calls from customers
  • Handle and Assists in timely fulfillment of the Customer’s orders
  • Prepare a report of issues faced by customers and ensure timely resolution to their problems.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results and needed.

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in the similar field.

Requirement/Skills

  • Willing to work for night shift (2 PM to 10 PM)
  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
  • Good work ethics and integrity with the ability to work with a diverse team.

Position: Marketing Executive – 2

Job Description:

  • Providing detailed information on company products and offering
  • Onboarding new restaurants
  • Provide training to the restaurant on the operational details of the system
  • Responsible to provide meetings feedback to the supervisor and provide monthly report to the supervisor
  • Keep proper records of sales and revenues

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in the similar field

Requirement/Skills

  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
  • Must possess the skills to work both in the team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
  • Should have their own vehicle
