Job Requirements
Major Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve monthly/ yearly point collection target of the designated area.
- Visit local garages on daily basis and get feedback on the prospects and problems of products sold by the company.
- Ensure good coverage of the designated area.
- Coordinate between garage mechanics, retailers and sales team.
- Assist in developing and executing KAP and promotional activities.
Required Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Management/ Diploma in engineering.
- Technical knowledge of Spare Parts.
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of computer applications like MS-Office and ERP.
- A valid two wheeler driving license
