Front Office Executive

We are hiring for experienced professional for our 5 Star hotel Soaltee Westend Itahari, Nepal owned by Hotel Garima Pvt. Ltd.

  • Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition
  • Supervise and direct Bell Desk and Reception staff
  • Provides functional assistance and direction to all department
  • Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required
  • Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
  • Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
  • Ensure efficient check in and check out process is followed
  • Supervises and directs Reception and Reservations personnel
  • Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods
  • Ensures VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention
  • Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness

Minimum Requirements

  1. Must have 3 years of experience in similar position
  2. Graduate/Diploma in relevant field
  3. Must have excellent communication skills
  4. Must have knowledge of outlook, MS Office
