Front Office Executive
We are hiring for experienced professional for our 5 Star hotel Soaltee Westend Itahari, Nepal owned by Hotel Garima Pvt. Ltd.
- Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition
- Supervise and direct Bell Desk and Reception staff
- Provides functional assistance and direction to all department
- Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required
- Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
- Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
- Ensure efficient check in and check out process is followed
- Supervises and directs Reception and Reservations personnel
- Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods
- Ensures VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention
- Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness
Minimum Requirements
- Must have 3 years of experience in similar position
- Graduate/Diploma in relevant field
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have knowledge of outlook, MS Office
