Soaltee Westend Premier is an upcoming 4 Star Hotel in Nepalgunj and a member of Soaltee Hotel Limited, Kathmandu. The Hotel is looking for young, dynamic, energetic and self-driven team member to join in vacant positions at the Corporate office located in Durbar Marg Kathmandu, to market different hotels coming in various locations in Nepal with three different brands in four and five star category.

Position: Sales Executive (Three)



Requirements:

Age: At least 22 years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or Graduate from any institute.

Experience:

  • Experience of having worked in similar capacity hotels shall be an advantage.

Knowledge/Abilities:

The job involves organizing sales visits, establishing new business, maintaining accurate records, demonstrating and presenting products, reviewing sales performance, negotiating contracts and packages, aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets and attending trade exhibitions, conference and meetings.


Position: Reservation Executive (One)

Requirements:

Age: At least 22 years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or Graduate from any institute.

Experience:

  • Experience of having worked in similar capacity hotels shall be an advantage.

Knowledge/Abilities:

The job involves maintaining guest reservation, accurately entering it into computer system, maintaining an inventory of reservations, answering inquiries pertaining to hotel services, and manage systems that are set up within the reservation department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of room availability.




Position: Finance Assistant (One)

Requirements:

Age: At least 25 years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration from recognized institute or have worked in finance department of any four star of five star hotel.

Experience:

  • Experience of having worked in similar capacity hotels shall be given preference.

Knowledge/Abilities:

The job involves keeping accurate records for all daily financial transactions, process invoices, record account payable and accounts receivable, track bank deposits and payment.


Position: Office Assistant/Receptionist (One)

Requirements:

Age: At least 25 years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any institute.

Experience:

  • Experience of having worked in similar capacity & hotels shall be given preference.

Knowledge/Abilities:

The job involves collecting information, answering telephone calls, maintaining office calendar, arranging meetings, conferences and travel. File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners.
