The UX Designer will be responsible for analyzing and designing seamless product experiences. The role involves integrating new features into existing product, user, admin, merchant, onboarding, and post-transaction journeys while maintaining UX consistency and platform compliance.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UX design or a similar role

Job Description

• Analyze existing product, user, admin, merchant, onboarding, and post-transaction journeys to assess compatibility with new features.
• Design and document UX journeys that align new features with the current user experience.
• Prepare audience-specific UX guidelines tailored to users, agents, and merchants based on demographic and geographic insights.
• Apply and maintain UX standards following Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design V2.
• Conduct an in-depth study of Apple and Google design systems to guide UX decisions and ensure platform consistency.
• Update and maintain the design system by adding new components with backward compatibility.
• Optimize existing design kits, UX standards, and documentation to improve usability and design consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions through interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams for the implementation of user-centered designs.
• Support junior designers by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship on design practices and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies through self-research and continuous learning.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and relevant professional training.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design V2.
• Strong attention to detail, user empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document, present, and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Experience in usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design processes is preferred.
