Job Description

• Participate in the department’s annual activity planning.
• Assist in planning and developing the Annual Training Calendar prepared by the department every year.
• Provide necessary materials to the people taking the training. Ensure the effectiveness of the delivered training.
• Develop and maintain training center tools, aggregates, equipment, and properties.
• Coordinate as per requirement for non-technical training carried out by the department.
• Ensure proper implementation of the Training on Wheels program in coordination with the team.
• Monitor market trends on skills and new technologies and take timely action to update the manpower on the required skills.
• Participate in various programs conducted by the department like Skill Fest, Tec Fest etc.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of workshop norms, procedures and management
• Excellent leadership, team management and customer-handling skills
