Job Description

Participate in the department’s annual activity planning.
Assist in planning and developing the Annual Training Calendar prepared by the department every year.
Provide necessary materials to the people taking the training. Ensure the effectiveness of the delivered training.
Develop and maintain training center tools, aggregates, equipment, and properties.
Coordinate as per requirement for non-technical training carried out by the department.
Ensure proper implementation of the Training on Wheels program in coordination with the team.
Monitor market trends on skills and new technologies and take timely action to update the manpower on the required skills.
Participate in various programs conducted by the department like Skill Fest, Tec Fest etc.

Job Specifications

Bachelor in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge of workshop norms, procedures and management
Excellent leadership, team management and customer-handling skills
