Sustainable Futures Coordinator (SFC)
Location : BEF Central Office with frequent travels to Kaski &Tanahun
Type : Full-Time
Reports To: Executive Director
Bahini Educare Foundation (BEF) is looking for a dedicated and passionate FEMALE professional to join our team as a Sustainable
Futures Coordinator (SFC). This position is central to our mission of empowering single mothers and their children by building sustainable, independent futures.
The SFC will lead programs in skill development, job training, financial literacy and entrepreneurship working closely with women from marginalized backgrounds to foster resilience, dignity, and economic self-reliance.
Requirements:
- Gender : Female only (essential due to the nature of the role)
- Age : 20 to 40 years
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Economics or a related field
- Experience : 2–5 years in livelihood development, community development, or women’s empowerment
- Priority will be given to candidates from marginalized communities
