Position Overview:

Shaurya Cement Industries Limited is seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional for the position of Senior Manager – Quality to lead the quality assurance and control functions at our plant in Mirchaiya, Siraha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance and control program to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Lead a team of quality professionals to monitor and evaluate quality control processes across all stages of production.
• Formulate, update, and maintain quality control policies and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections, identify gaps, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement and drive product excellence.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices and new technologies into quality processes.
• Provide strategic leadership and support to the QA/QC team, encouraging a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative work culture.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Generate and present regular reports on quality performance and compliance to senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee quality-related documentation, data accuracy, and reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management within the cement or manufacturing industry, including leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of quality assurance and control principles, industry regulations, and best practices.
