Position Overview:

Shanker Group is looking for a dynamic and organized Front Desk Officer to join our corporate office team. This role serves as the communication and coordination hub for the office, ensuring efficient front desk operations and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

  • Manage all incoming calls, inquiries, and visitor reception.
  • Coordinate with and supervise support staff (security, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Maintain records of office equipment, supplies, letters, and visitor logs.
  • Support administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle employee KYC and digital documentation in Nimble.
  • Schedule meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and record minutes when required.
  • Oversee access control and perform tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Running/ Completed in related Field.
  • Experience:  At least 6 Months to 1 Year in related Field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
