Site Engineer/ Safety Manager
- Developing and Implementing EHS Programs: This includes creating safety procedures, emergency response plans, and environmental management systems.
- Conducting Risk Assessments: Identifying potential hazards in the workplace and evaluating the associated risks.
- Performing Inspections and Audits: Regularly checking for compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigating accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, determining root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
- Training and Education: Educating employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
- Staying Updated on Regulations: Keeping abreast of changes in environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.
