Job Description

• Campaign Planning: Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Digital Strategy: Lead digital marketing, including social media, email, SEM, and content, optimizing for performance and managing SEO.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with design to produce consistent, engaging content across all platforms.
• Research & Analytics: Conduct market research, analyze performance, and report insights for strategy improvement.
• Event Management: Plan and manage brand activations, launches, and events with vendors and influencers.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Required Skills

• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms streamlines lead management, customer segmentation, and personalized campaign execution.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads
• Basic understanding of graphic design or creative collaboration platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite
• Project management discipline, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Adaptability and agility; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Resourcefulness and effective at achieving goals despite limited resources, budgets, or team size.
