JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The Admin Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, help with documentation, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and provide general support to staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Maintain files and records
  • Manage sales bills

Requirements:

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details:

Time: 10-6

Salary: Rs. 20,000 (including ssf)
