Brand Executive-Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute brand campaigns across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Assist in developing engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, creatives, and content formats.
- Support digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, influencer, paid ads) from planning through execution.
- Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, engagement, reach, conversion) and report performance to the team.
- Assist with A/B testing of ad creatives and messaging to optimize results.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer queries, comments, and mentions.
- Respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner and escalate issues where necessary.
- Engage with the online community to build brand affinity and trust
- Track competitor campaigns and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Provide insights on audience behavior, trending content formats, and channel performance.
- Assist with surveys, polls, and customer feedback collection to improve brand strategy.
- Work closely with design, content, and media buying teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
- Coordinate with sales teams for promotional alignment and digital support for product launches.
- Support cross-functional projects including influencer collaborations and offline-digital integration.
