Job Title: Pellet Mill Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pellet Mill Machine Operator to oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of pelletizing equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, optimizing processing parameters, and conducting routine machinery care. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a strong understanding of material processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the pellet mill machine to ensure efficient and continuous production.
• Monitor critical production parameters such as temperature, processing time, and ingredient type/quantity to maintain product quality.
• Evaluate pellet characteristics, including moisture content and particle size, to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, maintenance logs, and quality assurance metrics.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining pellet mill machinery in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of material handling, feed formulation, and process control.
