Job Grade: Supervisor to Officer Level

Minimum Qualification Required:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent or Semi qualified CA.
• Investment Banking/Merchant Banking experience of at least 5 years incase of Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years in case of Master’s Degree.

Candidates should have:

• Good knowledge of related regulatory and statutory related regulation.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to Issue Management and Allotment of Securities.
• Ensure compliance with company act, Securities Board of Nepal, CDS and Clearing Ltd, Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd.’s rules, and other regulatory guidelines related to capital market issuances.
• Experience with IPOs, private placements, or bond issuances,
• Prepare IPO/Right issue prospectus and documentation.
• Should have a positive attitude and team player
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with legal, compliance, and external advisors.
• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections related to issue management service.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity of clear understanding of the facts and factors pertinent to the job
• Enthusiasm to work in Investment Banking/Merchant Banking Industry along with leadership skills.
• Liaise with issuing companies, brokers, investors, and depositories to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Age not exceeding 32 years.
• Perform other roles & responsibilities as required by the department/management and CEO
