As part of our continued growth and expansion strategy, we are looking for few dynamic and results-oriented professionals to drive our Marketing Unit within Business Development Department in the following role.

Position Overview: Marketing Manager
Garima Capital Limited is looking few experienced and dynamic individual to drive Marketing Unit within the Business Development Department. As Marketing Manager(s), you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing function by developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at client acquisition, promoting Depository Participant (DP) services, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Underwriting Services and Mutual Funds offerings.
Your role will also involve enhancing brand visibility and making a significant contribution to the company’s overall business growth objectives. Marketing Managers will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, nurturing strong client relationships, and consistently achieving defined business growth targets.
This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership, a proven ability to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the capital markets landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pitch Company’s PMS products and services to various prospective individual and corporate client(s) by visiting their premises or offices.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance client retention.
- Provide timely support, guidance, and post-sale services.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
- Participate in promotional events, webinars, investment literacy programs, and financial education sessions.
- Ensure full compliance with SEBON guidelines, internal controls, and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
- Recommend corrective actions and implement remedial strategies of marketing when required.
- Share client feedback and market intelligence with Business Development team.
- Contact prospective clients on the basis of lead generated through various communication platforms such as; Phone Calls, E-Mail, SMS, social media(s).
- Arrange and schedule meeting for Prospective Clients with Investment Associate & Team, as per the requirement.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/monthly activity and performance reports.
- Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits and referrals.
- Promote Garima Capital’s services and products including depository participant (DP) related product, PMS products, Mutual funds and Underwriting Services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Address inquiries promptly and professionally and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients regularly.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to provide insights to the team.
- Participate in planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with banks, Brokers, regulators, investors, clients and other stakeholders.
- Build a culture of continuous learning, integrity, and high performance within the team and lead the team with reviews and performance appraisals on regular basis.
- Interface with institutional and high-net-worth clients, providing investment insights and presentations.
- Any other work assigned by senior officials.
Qualification and Experiences
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experiences:
- At least 1- year of experience in sales, marketing or client relationship roles, preferably in the capital market or BFIs.
- In depth Knowledge of financial markets, investment, operations and capital market.
Language:
- Fluent in Nepali and English (spoken and written).
